He was on time and left everything in good shape. I have used Parley's PPM for over 10 years, and they are reliable, though not inexpensive.

We had a big non visual water leak at our house, so I called parleys ppm expecting to set up an appointment for the next day or so. Lance the owner showed up with Ellery one of his main technicians within 30 minutes. They assessed the problem quickly and fixed it all within 1 hour. They were both super nice and professional. My home has a boiler system, which is the only source of heat and hot water. The system has gotten old and has had several issues. Parley's PPM has been fantastic to work with. They are great at communicating, extremely fast, and their pricing is very competitive. James has been out several times, and he has always been wonderful. Collin has also come out and been consistent with Parley's top-notch service. They also have an in-house boiler expert, Ellery, who is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He even cleared up his schedule to come consult and help us in an emergency. This is a great company with service that is second-to-none. I highly recommend them for any heating, cooling, or plumbing needs you may have.
