He was on time and left everything in good shape. I have used Parley's PPM for over 10 years, and they are reliable, though not inexpensive.

We had a big non visual water leak at our house, so I called parleys ppm expecting to set up an appointment for the next day or so. Lance the owner showed up with Ellery one of his main technicians within 30 minutes. They assessed the problem quickly and fixed it all within 1 hour. They were both super nice and professional. We recently had Parley’s install a water heater and we were happy with the technician Collin and with the finished product!
My home has a boiler system, which is the only source of heat and hot water. The system has gotten old and has had several issues. Parley's PPM has been fantastic to work with. They are great at communicating, extremely fast, and their pricing is very competitive. James has been out several times, and he has always been wonderful. Collin has also come out and been consistent with Parley's top-notch service. They also have an in-house boiler expert, Ellery, who is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He even cleared up his schedule to come consult and help us in an emergency. This is a great company with service that is second-to-none. I highly recommend them for any heating, cooling, or plumbing needs you may have.

Parleys came out today to unclog our bathroom drain, and we’re super grateful! They showed up the same day we called and got everything sorted really fast. James was awesome—he kept in touch, called to confirm when he’d arrive, and got the job done quickly. Everything went smoothly, and we’ll definitely be using them again!

A solid 5! I called and needed someone that day. I was given a 1 hr window for later that morning. I received a text letting me know Rob was on the way. He showed up on time, analyzed the situation quickly, and then explained the details. Rob then answered other questions i had as well. He was knowledgable and thorough. I opted for their maintenance plan, which seemed very fare. I’m a customer for life!
Robert came over to replace a part in our furnace and gave us a nice tuneup and did a fantastic job and was so kind. I highly recommend PPM and appreciate how prompt they were. They literally came an hour after I called them and were fast and easy and great to work with. Thank you, PPM.
Parley’s PPM works with integrity. A guy named James came over and said that we still have our warranty as its manufacture warranty even though they didn’t install the water heater. Another company, Valley Plumbing out of Lehi UT came over and wanted to cut the vent pipe which was working fantastic and charge $500 for it. PPM said diagnosis would be $79 and if a part needed to be fixed that it would be labor since it’s under warranty, so straight up they told me the cost which was amazing. I’m all for it it’s better than paying $500! So James comes over and it was the igniter assembly as I told Valley Plumbing since there was no need to cut the pipe. But they insisted saying we do what tech support tells us not what’s stated by the manual. James popped off the screw to the vent checked air flow, then checked air flow again with the pipe without cutting it. No charge no labor for checking the vent. Amazing! His assessment was like mine from what the manual says, it’s the igniter assembly that needs to be replaced. The total was almost half the price as valley plumbing at $274.00 minus military discount of 5% off. Valley plumbing wanted to charge me $500 for diagnosis and then charge me again for installation of the igniter assembly system so they can make money. Criminal. Be careful who you hire for this. Then Valley Plumbing would take the part and get credit from the manufacturer for that since it’s under warranty. So they wanted to double dip charge me double for diagnosis and installation of the defected part. Go with PPM. They’re honest and use right measurements working with integrity. They don’t cheat and steal like valley plumbing out of Lehi Utah. I would recommend PPM to anyone!
I have used these guys for numerous residential and commercial jobs and they are professional and courteous and fair. Rob is their master plumber and when no one else can figure anything out this is the guy that is the David Copperfield of resolving any and all concerns. I have had other plumbers from the company as well including Collin today that go above and beyond. Do yourself a favor and give them a call. You will want to send me a handwritten thank you note.
Parleys PPM was fast, affordable, and easy to communicate with. I will for sure continue to use them! Mason helped me out and killed it.
