We love Parley’s Plumbing! We have had them in our home to do several jobs and we have been very satisfied each time. We have had Ellory and James and another man that I can’t recall his name, but each of them have been very friendly, helpful, honest, and punctual. They are also very knowledgeable. We have a boiler system and many companies don’t have people trained in boilers but Parleys has several people trained to work on them. They don’t try to throw in extra charges but instead have done small fixes or changes for no additional charges. They make appointments in a timely manner instead of booking for a few days/weeks out. These are our go to guys and they haven’t disappointed. We appreciate having a company with good values and good service.
Robert W. arrived ahead of the time I was told, He knew exactly what to do and did it well. He told me what caused the problem so that I can avoid it in the future. I hope that he is available if I have a future need.

PPM was marvelous. They came right out after my call to see what was wrong so they could order parts, if needed. He drove all the way up to Bountiful to get them first thing this morning, and came straight to my house and it’s all done. He was so polite and friendly, very courteous I would recommend them to everyone. I felt like he went the extra mile!! 🙂
Collin arrived to repair a leak situation on Saturday afternoon. He was an outstanding professional! Made several trips to get parts because we upgraded the faucet assembly in the sink. Highly recommend him!

Mason was fantastic. He's been here before. Had a problem, new the problem and fixed it. I am very happy and recommend to all. I called with my furnace off at 8:00am and by noon all done.
PPM came in clutch this week! Our water heater decided to go on strike and Robert came out that very morning and staged an intervention. An hour later, new parts were installed and everything is back to normal. No more cold showers for me!

Our radiant heat was not heating the house, so I called Parley’s ppm. Ellery determined that the pump had seized and needed to be replaced. He had the problem fixed in half an hour, and kept the cost reasonable. As always for this company, 5 stars.

Parley's took such great care of us! Isaac came out and fixed a leaking showerhead in our master bathroom - he not only replaced the part that was causing the leak, but also made adjustments to solve some other issues we'd had with the faucet for years. He was extremely efficient. We were so pleased with the service and it came in much cheaper than the quote we received from Any Hour.

(Unfortunately so many agencies know we are at their mercy and gauge our wallets because the majority of us can't take care of the issues on our own.) Well look no further ... seriously. Parley's came out in a timely manner and let me know exactly what they were going to do. The technician was very friendly and gave me an estimate. When the work was done, the cost was considerably lower than the original estimate. I'm very happy with the work that was done and I would recommend Parley's PPM to anyone in the future.
For several days, I had been without the main source of heat in my home. The problem lay with the combi boiler that had been installed a few years earlier. It may have been heating water but was not circulating it. The technician from PPM arrived as scheduled, and I showed him to the utility room where the boiler was mounted on a wall. An error code was flashing in the front panel display. After a few minutes of familiarizing himself with the plumbing connected to the boiler, he found a pressure gauge and determined that the problem was too-low pressure in the circulation line. Within 15 minutes he had added water to the line sufficient to restore pressure and restart circulation. Before he left, heat was already rising from the baseboard radiators. Mission accomplished!

Parlays PPM has been an excellent company to work with. Four years they installed a new furnace and air conditioner for me. I have used them to service my equipment on a yearly basis and they always do an excellent job. Trevor, who came out today was on time, cordial, and completed his inspection and furnace tuneup in good time and explained everything that he had done . I highly recommend this company.
